After researching our target audience, I've gained valuable insights. Gen Z predominantly communicates via social media, particularly through engaging in challenges like those found on TikTok. This not only provides them with recognition but also serves as an enjoyable activity. Additionally, when unable to attend events or concerts, they often leverage social media to sell tickets to their friends.
In the final mockups, I followed the company's brand guidelines and optimized the color palette and fonts for better visibility and readability. The ticket purchase screen was inspired by the user-friendly layout of platforms like Eventbrite, as per user feedback. The app's unique feature is its integration of social media, allowing users to earn rewards for purchases and access exclusive benefits like concert updates.
